These shoes are a god send for my neuropathy. I would recommend them to anyone going through Chemo and the sad effects of which is neuropathy of the feet. these shoes gave me back a sense of freedom as my feet were less sore (well cushioned) and less tired. But... the heals keep tearing. It's not like I'm running a marathon everyday, as there are times I can barely walk, so why do they keep tearing. that's the one draw back.
